Art
This week in art we are going to be experimenting with using a range of different lines in our drawings. Look at the pictures below and have a go at using the different lines shown.
We are working towards creating a London skyline so I would like you to have a go at sketching the outline of some of these famous London landmarks. You could watch the videos below to support you with this or use the internet to research these landmarks and have a go at drawing them yourself.
Remember to send me a picture of your brilliant work using my email address on the class page. I can’t wait to see what you have been up to.

History
Today in history we are going to be asking questions about sources. We are going to explore these sources (pictures) and think about what we want to know about them.
Look at the pictures below and think about how they could be connected and also what they might tell us. Think about what you want to know from looking at the pictures and write a question that you would like to know the answer to. I would like you to make sure you use open questions, this means the answer is not just yes or no. Use the question words below to help you. Remember questions need to be punctuated with a question mark (?).
Question words
Who
What
Where
When
Why
How
It would be really great if you could send me a picture of your work using my email address on the class page. I really look forward to seeing your lovely work.

PE
Today I would like you to complete one of Joe Wicks’ workouts. You could choose to do this session live at 9 o’clock or you could complete this later in the day like we are in school. You could also choose to complete one of his other workouts.
Here is the link to the body coach YouTube channel.
Music
Today I would like you to think about what sounds you may be able to hear if you were around at the time of the Great Fire of London - could you try and recreate these using your mouth, body or objects around your house.
Some of these noises could be:
crackling of the fire
crashing of buildings falling
people screaming/crying/shouting
animals
splashing water
wood creaking
busy crowds
I would like you to practice making these sounds - experiment with a range of different objects to figure out how best to make these sounds.
Now you need to be a composer and create your own piece of music that is made up of the sounds you have been making. You may want to repeat some sounds and make a sequence. Perform your song to somebody who is at home.
Finally, draw a picture to represent your piece of music and the sounds you have been creating.
Remember to share a picture of your work with me using my email on the class page. I am really excited to see what you produce.

Science
Today, we are going to be learning about habitats. You will need a pencil, some paper and a coloured crayon or pencil.
In your lesson, you will recap on the life processes. We used Mrs Gren to help us remember these in our science lessons. In today’s video, the teacher uses Mrs Nerg to recall the life processes. This is another way to help us remember them, the letters are just used in a different order.
Click here to go to the National Oak Academy to begin your lesson.
I look forward to seeing your super science work.
Here are some videos about different habitats - click on the picture and follow the link.

PSHE
Last week, we thought about the importance of brushing after our teeth and looking after our dental health.
As well as brushing your teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste, you may also floss and use mouthwash.
Mouthwash – Freshens the breath. Mouthwash should not be swallowed.
Flossing - Gets between each tooth and removes trapped food and bacteria build up, otherwise known as plaque. You could try this by using some cotton to floss between lego blocks.
Today, I would like you to design a poster to share how we look after teeth. You may include pictures and words to show good brushing, flossing and using mouthwash. You may choose to do this using paper and pencils or pens or you may create a digital poster on a computer or tablet.
