On Tuesday 10th November, children from Reception to Year 6 will be able to receive their flu immunisations in school. This is not an injection, but a nasal spray. If you wish your child to have the flu immunisation then please fill in the permission form. The link for the permission form can be found here. It is quite a lengthy form, so please bear with it.
